Multiple Match Keys
Conventional merge/purge software compares records using only a single match key per process.

Using our proprietary Centrus multiple match key technology, you can define multiple match keys based on a single field or combination of fields for use in a single run. Once the match is found, you can also choose to consolidate sales history data into a single record.

Multiple Matching Algorithms
As most users have discovered with conventional merge/purge technology, a single matching algorithm is insufficient. In many cases, users will run a merge/purge several times with a different algorithm and compare results. This not only takes a lot of time, the end product is still highly suspect. Centrus Merge/Purge offers multiple match algorithms beyond simple numeric and string comparisons.

Centrus Merge/Purge lets you use multiple matching algorithms on the same comparison. You can even combine results from different algorithms for even better match results.

Centrus Merge/Purge helps you identify records in your databases that are members of the same household, reducing mailing costs by eliminating multiple mailings.
